TERESA (RAPOSO) MATIAS passed away at the Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering Hospital on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at the age of 97. Teresa was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Silvino and was the treasured mother of Eduard and his wife Chris, Maria and her husband Bob Bawcutt and Walter and his wife Tessie. Much loved grandmother of Daniel (Lori) , Paul (Jaime), Lisa (Kory), Michael, Vanessa (Ken) and David and proud great-grandmother of 8.
Friends and family will be received at the ACCETTONE FUNERAL HOME, 384 Finley Ave., Ajax (905-428-9090), on Sunday, October 6th from 6 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, 21 Bayly St. E., Ajax, on Monday, October 7th at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
