I am sad to hear of Rodney’s recent passing. Rodney is my brother in law whom I first met on a visit to Newfoundland. After a few years Rodney came to Whitby, to stay and learn life skills.
Things were always interesting Rodney around, he could tell a good story and make it so believable. He was a kind and thoughtful.
Some of my favorite memories is him was singing, which was definitely off key, I endured it as I knew how he loved to sing.
Rodney, loved to go to family functions, and you knew he was in the room, as the time went on his voice would be the loudest one in the room.
He will be missed, my condolences to the Turpin Family.
