Jean Folkes was born in Kingston Jamaica. She migrated to Canada with the dream of a better life for herself and her children. She worked hard and was well respected she affectionately became the neighborhood aunty Jean. Jean had a big heart. She did whatever she did with pride, She gave love in abundance to her family and friends. Jean is survived by her two children her son in law and her 3 grandchildren. She was a beloved mother, grandmother aunty and will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received at the Accettone Funeral Home (384 Finley Ave., Ajax) on Friday March 14, 2025 from 10 am until the time of service in the Chapel at 1 pm
